You know you have entered a very special property
Set within lush, beautifully landscaped gardens, abundant with tropical plants, palm trees, fruit trees and fragrant exotic flowers, as you park under the vaulted 50 sqm meter entrance canopy, and enter the villa through double antique wooden doors you know you have arrived at a very special property. Immediately, you are drawn into the magnificent living room which is a sweeping 14m long, and features an impressive 6m high wooden beamed ceiling. It is entered via an elevated stone walk-way thus giving the villa a real sense of space, light, tranquility and calm – ready for your luxury holiday to begin.Our properties are luxurious, and located in a prestigious estate, so whilst perfect for family holidays, couples getaways, corporate, health and golfing retreats, we do not welcome Stag or Hen parties.

The ultra-modern, fully-equipped kitchen which is every chefs dream, comes complete with a large central island superbly finished in ultra-thick 6cm polished stone tops, with plenty of seating around. The grand formal dining room features a 6m high vaulted ceiling, plus private terraces for pre-dinner drinks. Informal and summer dining is on one of the outside terraces which also give panoramic vistas. All terraces afford breath-taking views and lead directly off from the main living and dining areas. It is therefore possible to open 6 sets of double doors to completely expose the living and dining areas to the outside, creating a massive inside-connected-to-outside-terrace and living area of over 300 square meters. The villa is also equipped with a large stainless gas BBQ for fabulous al fresco summer BBQ parties.
A room like no other: Gym, Sports Bar, Night Club and Games Room
This is the ultimate room. And the most used room in the villa. Huge and air-conditioned throughout, it covers one entire floor. The private gym is brimming with professional equipment including a cross/elliptical training machine, a running/walking machine, an exercise bike, rowing machine, a full Gold’s multi-gym with over 20 different exercises, a sit-up and exercise bench, exercise/yoga mats, exercise balls, free weights, skipping ropes, a boxing bag and training gloves. This floor also houses a sports bar with lounge seating for 25 people, a 50” HD TV with Blu-Ray HD DVD player and satellite TV, a darts board, a championship pool table and a table tennis table.
Lastly, once guests have gathered for the evening, half of the room turns into a nightclub, complete with full wet bar, two fridges, and the latest sound system where you can plug in your MP3, iPhone or iPod. Featuring its own separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, plus living area with 4m high feature windows offering panoramic views, and private terrace, this luxury apartment can comfortably sleep 4-8 persons, utilising the two bedrooms plus luxury double sofa beds in the apartment’s living room . One double bed is found on the elevated mezzanine level, whilst a double sofa bed is located within the living area. These two bedrooms have feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls giving a bright and modern feel. The living room has also a 40" LCD HD TV with 140+ satellite channels.

Majestic Ronda
The majestic hilltop town of Ronda is one of southern Spain’s crown jewels. With the beautiful architecture and historical attractions it has surpassed Cordoba and Granada as the most visited town in Andalucía. It is only a 30 minute drive from the villa through stunning mountain scenery.
Go Skiing at 3,400m!
Go skiing in the Sierra Nevada. If you leave the villa at 8am you be on the slopes 10.30am! With over 100kms of runs and great snow from December through May, the Sierra Nevada skiing resort next to Granada is perfect for beginners and experts alike. Ski for just a day, or stay over for a night at the lively resort and see the Alhambra Palace too. In summer, try a hike in the cool air at 3,400 meters, with panoramic views over the mountains, Granada, and the Mediterranean Sea.
Experience Alhambra Palace
One of the original 7-Wonders of the World, dating back over 1,300 years. The Alhambra Palace is Spain’s most visited tourist attraction. It is a ‘must-do’ day trip, combined with a tour around the beautiful city of Granada, or a walk in the Sierra Nevada mountains which are only another 30 minutes away. Allow two hours for the scenic drive.
Moorish Cordoba
The stunning Moorish La Mezquita de Córdoba (The Mosque Cathedral Cordoba) in Córdoba, Spain dating to 987 AD. More than 850 columns of granite, onyx, jasper and marble support the roof. The famous alternating red and white voussoirs of the arches were inspired by those in the Dome of the Rock. It is only 2 hours by car.
Explore Seville (Sevilla), City of Culture
Just an easy 90 minutes away, Seville is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Rich in history and stunning architecture it is not only the capital of Spain, it is also the starting point from where Christopher Columbus discovered the Americas in 1497. Enjoy a visit to the stunning Royal Palaces or sit back and relax at the Plaza de España. A horse-drawn carriage ride through the old streets is also a must!
The Rock of Gibraltar
The famous ‘Rock’ of Gibraltar, also a British ‘tax free’ haven, is less than an hour away from the villa. This lively British outpost is well worth a day trip, for a slice of Britain in southern Spain. Enjoy great tax-free goods, see the famous Barbary monkeys that get very friendly, or enjoy a traditional English pub lunch!
Savour the glitz and glamour of Puerto Banús
Sit back, relax and soak up the ritzy glitzy atmosphere of Puerto Banús with its mega-yachts and glamourous lifestyle. Full of superb restaurants, cafes, shopping and bars, it is a great place to soak up the sun and do a bit of serious ‘people-watching’. It is said there are more Ferrari’s, Bentley’s, Lamborghini’s, and Aston Martin’s here than anywhere else on earth.
Pueblos Blancos
Long ago, Andalusians lived in fortified hilltop towns called Pueblos Blancos (white villages). Today, a scenic drive winding through the mountains, exploring these charming whitewashed villages which are richly steeped in Moorish tradition, makes an excellent outing from your villa. Stroll the delightful cobbled streets, enjoy a leisurely tapas lunch in a local bar or street-side café; visit castles and museums, or browse souvenir shops. Some of the most famous villages, such as Mijas, Grazalema, Gaucín, Ronda, Zahara de la Sierra, and Arcos de la Frontera (pictured here) are all within a 30-60 minutes’ drive.

With some of the most prestigious wine and sherry producers in all of Spain based here, a Marbella holiday is not complete until you’ve discovered the world famous wine region of the stunning Ronda Valley. Iconic, Charming Plaza de los Naranjos
In the centre of Marbella lies the enchanting Old Quarter, and within it, one of the most beautiful and charming plazas on the Costa del Sol – Plaza los Naranjos. With the sound of sparkling fountains and the fragrance of blossoming orange trees filling the air as you stroll past its historic whitewashed buildings and many shops and boutiques, it is well worth a visit. The night scene is equally as memorable as musicians play, and the lights of candles from all the terraced restaurant tables and traditional tapas bars flicker and create a wonderfully warm and inviting ambience. An ideal spot for lunch or dinner!
Tapas Galore!
A visit to Spain isn’t complete until you’ve sampled the mouth-watering assortment of local tapas. The tapas tradition began when King Alfonso X of Castile recovered from an illness by drinking wine with small dishes between meals. After regaining his health, the king ordered that taverns would not be allowed to serve wine to customers unless it was accompanied by a small snack or "tapa".
Try Hiking
The mountains surrounding the villas offer a plethora of hiking trails through outstanding scenery for all levels and difficulties. Enjoy over 50km of walking and hiking trails in one of Spain's most beautiful national parks, Ronda National Park. Choose from forest floor trails to mountain top walks with views over the sea and to Africa. Some trail start points are just 5 to 15 minutes from the villa.

Ever Tried Canyoning?

Walk, swim, jump and climb your way down a path in order to navigate your way through the scenic river. It’s like a real-life video game! Selwo Animal Safari
Selwo is not only Europe’s largest, it is one of the World’s most exciting African styled safari parks, featuring 2,000+ species, including lions, tigers, hippos, elephants, rhinos, giraffes and bears in over 100 hectares of semi-wild conditions. Whether it’s a guided walk through the botanical gardens, large reptile house or the magnificent bird canyon, or a safari tour on the all-terrain vehicles, you can expect an outstanding educational experience. There are also restaurants and refreshment areas, as well as activities such as zip-lining.
The Kids’ Favourite, Aqualand Torremolinos
Make a splash and take the kids to the biggest water park in Spain, conveniently located just 30 minutes away on the Costa del Sol. Offering rides and entertainment for all ages, this is sure to be top of your children’s holiday wish list! Wee ones will enjoy the mini-park and mini-slides, whilst older kids will revel in racing each other down the Crazy Race or Boomerang rides. The whole family will enjoy getting their photo taken with the sea lions. The park also has mini-golf, restaurants, lockers, and lounge chairs for rent at an extra cost.
Enjoy the Beach
Just 10 minutes away you’ll find not one or two, but six of the best beaches the sunny Spanish Coast has to offer, all to the west of Puerto Banús. The beaches are the cleanest in Europe with ‘5-star Blue Flag Certification’. Many conveniently feature beach cafes, bars and restaurants, plus deck chairs for hire. You’ll also find water sports and pedalos for you and your entire group to enjoy too.
Moroccan Tangiers…gateway to Africa
Energetic Tangiers, a Moroccan port city across the Straits of Gibraltar, has been a strategic gateway between Africa and Europe since Phoenician times. Its whitewashed hillside medina is home to the Dar el Makhzen, a palace of the sultans turned museum of Moroccan artifacts. The medina also has dozens of outdoor cafes, such as those along the Terrasse des Paresseux balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. It’s only a 70 min ferry ride where you might see whales on-route too.
Beach Party - Marbella Style
For the party animals, spend a day sun-bathing, chilling and partying with the rich and famous at the high-energy lively beach clubs of Marbella. The best three are La Sala, Nikki Beach or Ocean Beach Club (pictured here). Just 10 minutes from the villa.

The Beach Walk

Marbella is one of Europe’s hotspots for non-stop nightlife. There are over 100 nightclubs and cocktail bars to choose from covering all tastes from chill, dance, lounge, hard core, live music cocktail bars and outdoor dance clubs. Beware though, as Marbella’s clubs do not close until 7am!

Spain is now considered the centre of fine European cuisine with more Michelin Stars than any other country. It is not all fine dining though, and Spanish local and traditional cuisine is still the driving force in typical gastronomy.
