This is why we have created a comprehensive range of services designed to give you all the assistance you may require when you stay in our beautiful properties. You can choose as many or as few services as you wish.

Private chef services

A private chef is one of the true luxuries of a villa stay—consistently one of the highlights for our guests. Our highly praised professionals bring 5-star quality, whether in a top restaurant or preparing unforgettable meals at your villa.

You can choose the days you’d like a chef, and we’ll send a variety of menus to suit every taste: from Spanish favourites and international classics to BBQs, light summer salads, and gourmet tasting menus.

Villa Pre-stocking

We understand going shopping after a long journey may be inconvenient, especially if you arrive late at night, or if you are travelling with children. We offer a villa pre-stocking service where we can organise your shopping before you arrive.

Simply provide us a list of required groceries and one of our staff will make a trip to the supermarket for you. We can buy a wide range items, from tea and coffee, to fresh meats for the BBQ, salad and fruit, or wines, beers and snacks. The goods are all unpacked and placed into the fridge and food cupboards. Being able to enjoy a hot cup of tea, feed hungry mouths, and drink a chilled glass of wine when you arrive will really get the holiday off in style. It allows you to relax knowing all the essentials are taken care of, especially if you get delayed or the supermarkets are closed before you arrive.

We charge £70 for our pre-stocking service. This covers all transport costs to the supermarket and the villa, plus two hours of our staff spent shopping and unpacking. This can be paid by credit card or with your villa rental payment. This covers the cost of most pre-stocking requests, but for larger shops or where we have to visit more than one supermarket to purchase the items you request we charge £35 for each additional hour. You pay for any extra time spent, and the food and drinks at cost price when you arrive.

Villa Food Shopping

If you would like our staff to do your shopping during your stay you may use the same villa shopping service. Please give us a clearly printed shopping list and 24 hours notice, so it is best to try and plan your food and drink requirements in advance.

We charge £70 per each shopping trip which covers the cost of transport, fuel and 2 hours of time for our staff for shopping, traveling and unpacking. The food and drinks are charged at cost, plus additional hours at £35.

Activity Planning

If you would like to use the services of one of our specialists to help organise various activities, and create an agenda for you we can arrange an initial telephone discussion and give you lots of suggestions of what to see and where to go free of charge. If you would like a more personalised itinerary putting together then we charge our time (which includes the costs of phone calls) at £35 per hour.

Airport transfers

If you are not hiring a car, just let us know how many people will be in your party, and we can arrange a collection from the airport right to the villa, and returns of course when you leave.
